(history.com)<\/em><\/h5>\n<p>anderson explains<\/p>\n<h4>the ad shows people doing service-oriented tasks <em>set against<\/em> audio of king&#8217;s speech, which urges people to be &#8220;great&#8221; the furious five<\/strong>, listen for the line<\/p>\n<h4>don&#8217;t <em>push me<\/em> &#8217;cause<em> i&#8217;m close to the edge<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>it appears several times <strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/throughout-definition-examples\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">throughout<\/a><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0the song (from start to finish). the rhythm used to deliver this line is iconic and is imitated not only in other rap songs, but all over pop culture in english. <em><strong>push<\/strong> <\/em>in this context means <em>provoke<\/em>, <em>agitate<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Grandmaster Flash &amp; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>kimberly stites<\/strong>, a viewer from nebraska; a rural, mostly white state in the middle of the u.s. where there are a lot of trucks, said<\/p>\n<h4>i&#8217;m not sure it was <em>fitting<\/em> for a truck commercial.\u00a0 i <em>would have liked<\/em> it better <em>if they had said<\/em> something like, &#8216;this <em>reminder<\/em> of all that we can be,\u00a0<em>brought to u<\/em> <em>by<\/em> &#8230;.'&#8221;<\/h4>\n<p><strong><em>i would have liked<\/em><\/strong> \/ <strong><em>if they had said<\/em><\/strong> is a hypothetical idea in the past.\u00a0 in reality, the ad didn&#8217;t include these words. stites suggested them after the fact.\u00a0 it&#8217;s\u00a0 a great example of how <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/richyrocks-past-perfect\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>past perfect<\/strong><\/a> (had + past participle) can be used with the &#8220;if clause&#8221; in the <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/third-conditional-posts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>3rd conditional<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/reminder-definition\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> <strong><em>reminder<\/em><\/strong><\/a> is <em>something that helps u remember<\/em>.\u00a0\u00a0<strong><em>brought to u by<\/em><\/strong> is a common phrase used to present the sponsor of a program, especially on tv and radio, like the nba does in this short vid.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"NBA Action On TNT Is Brought to you by Dutch Boy | Television Commercial | 1991\" width=\"758\" height=\"426\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/61t5CD2a2X0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer;
