a crackdown<\/strong><\/em> is more serious\u00a0attention to enforcing rules<\/em>.<\/p>\n

unwittingly<\/em> created a situation wherein<\/em> major tech companies are now running to mexico to escape a separate set of potentially terrible policies.<\/h4>\n

y-combinator<\/strong> is a prestigious\u00a0startup incubator<\/strong><\/em>,\u00a0which menas they\u00a0provide mentoring and other benefits in addition to investment money<\/em>. they are another tech firm with\u00a0a growing presence in latin america.<\/p>\n

and arist\u00f3teles sandoval<\/strong>, the governor of jalisco<\/strong> (home of mexico’s second largest metropolitan area,\u00a0guadalajara<\/strong>), toured silicon valley earlier this year to let companies know<\/strong><\/em> (inform them) that his state is<\/p>\n

loosening<\/em> immigration rules for new companies setting up shop<\/em>, [and] ditching<\/em> an old requirement that companies could only have 10 per cent foreign employees.<\/h4>\n
