href=\"https:\/\/richyrocks.com\/coolenglish\/tag\/ever-definition\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>ever<\/em><\/strong> <\/a>means <em>any other time<\/em>. <a href=\"http:\/\/richyrocks.com\/somebody-that-u-used-to-know-who-was-a-pain-u-were-used-to\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong><em>deluded<\/em><\/strong><\/a> (confused, over the top, intoxicated) by the power of being president. this is the transcript of what he says.<\/p>\n<h4>the american people don&#8217;t know what&#8217;s best for them. i do. i know exactly what they need. they&#8217;re like little children, claire. we have to hold their <em>sticky<\/em> fingers and <em>wipe<\/em> their <em>filthy<\/em> mouths.<\/h4>\n<h4>teach them right from wrong. tell them what to think and how to feel and what to want. they <em>even<\/em> need help writing their wildest dreams; <em>crafting<\/em> their worst fears. lucky for them they have me. they have u. underwood elected in all of them. \u00a0this would require a change to the u.s. constitution, and contributes to the <em><strong>tyrannical<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0(oppressive, despotic) feeling of the
