nevertheless<\/a>, when trump said he was going to drain<\/a> the swamp<\/em>, it was understood he wants to get rid of<\/strong><\/em> <\/a>(eliminate, fire) lobbyists<\/em><\/strong> (professionals who work\u00a0to influence legislation) and other ineffective, unproductive and corrupt officials in the capital. give back<\/strong><\/em> is return<\/em>, d.c.<\/em><\/strong> is an abbreviated form of washington d.c. and tell it like it is<\/strong><\/em> means to speak directly, tell the truth<\/em>.<\/p>\n
