trump gave a speech in los pinos that reiterated his plans to build a wall between the two countries. when he finished,\u00a0he told the media that there was no discussion with pe\u00f1a nieto about how the wall would be paid for. \u00a0after trump had left the country,\u00a0pe\u00f1a nieto boldly tweeted that\u00a0mexico would not pay for the wall.<\/p>\r\n
