white lie<\/strong><\/em>, similar to stretching the truth<\/em>, means a little lie<\/em>. \u00a0durant’s justification is that if fans thought he was 7 feet tall, they would expect him to play in the post (close to the basket) as a power forward<\/strong><\/em>, but his game is to get the ball more often on the perimiter (away from the basket); more typical of a small forward<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
