pitzel’s inspiration was to have kids looking up to michael jordan while the song i wanna be like<\/em><\/strong> u<\/em><\/strong> from the disney movie jungle book<\/em><\/strong> played. disney asked for more money than gatorade was willing<\/a> to pay, so…<\/p>\n

awful<\/em><\/strong> is terrible<\/em>. merely<\/a><\/em><\/strong> means only<\/em>. feature<\/em><\/strong> means show<\/em>. highlights<\/a><\/em><\/strong> are videos of the most impressvie moments<\/em>. dunk<\/a><\/em><\/strong> is the basketball play where the player slams the ball directly in to the basket<\/em>. had shown<\/em><\/strong> is past perfect<\/a><\/strong>. it refers to the moment when bernie pitzel first saw the ad and the 6 years before. countless<\/a><\/strong><\/em> means too many to be counted<\/em>. the -less suffix<\/a><\/strong>, used in words like countless, harmless<\/a> and flawless<\/a>, means without<\/em>. spot<\/a><\/strong><\/em> in this context means commercial<\/em>.<\/p>\n
